OUR HISTORY

Victory Church (formerly Victory Christian Centre) was planted in 1994 by Tony and Kath Rainbow. The church first originally met in the Sunnybrook community hall. The church slowly grew as the relatively unknown leaders sowed the vision of what then was Victory Christian Centre.

The church stayed there for 2 years and due to growth had its first move to the Wynn Vale community hall in February of 1996. There the church established itself and continued to grow. The church started to become as its name suggested, a place of victory for many people.

Nearly 2 years to the day, once again due to growth the church moved to new, larger premises. 308 Nelson Road became their new home. What once was an old Home hardware, became the meeting place for Victory Church.

Victory has continued to expand to in excess of a thousand people and are now enjoying their newly renovated building at 5 Maxwell Road, Pooraka. The future for the church continues to look bright as they strive forward to bring Jesus the Glory He deserves.

Victory is a vibrant, modern church with an atmosphere that makes people of all ages feel welcome. If you are interested to find out more about Victory, feel free to make a time with one of the pastors here, they would love to meet you.
